Keto Kups | A Simple Fat Bomb Recipe for Busy Days

Homemade Keto Kups fat bombs topped with sea salt and arranged on a ceramic plate with coconut and natural ingredients.

A beach-day recipe shared with a lifelong friend

Keto Kups became one of my favorite healthy treats during a summer visit from my dear friend Rebecca. After a long beach walk beneath the California sun, we returned home hungry and ready for something satisfying. What followed was one of those simple kitchen moments that becomes a lasting memory—two friends sharing stories, laughter, and a recipe inspired by the power of healthy fats.

These little Keto Kups remind me that nourishing food doesn’t have to be complicated. Made with just a handful of ingredients, they’re rich, satisfying, and perfect for curbing sweet cravings while supporting steady energy throughout the day.

Keto Kups: Phat Fueled Bombs

What’s a Phat Bomb?

A Phat Bomb is a delicious high fat – low carb snack that’s supremely healthy, great for a burst of energy and mental clarity. Eating healthy fats is highly important to lower inflammation in your body, so I supplement with Phat Bombs.

Preparing homemade Keto Kups by pouring rich chocolate into muffin liners, surrounded by coconut and simple ingredients for an easy low-carb treat.

Keto Kups:

Prep time 5 Minutes: Yields 24 treats

  • 12 tablespoons unsalted peanut butter
  • 12 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil
  • 6 dropper-fulls of Butter Toffee flavored stevia drops
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. Mix equal parts unsalted peanut butter with unrefined coconut oil and stevia.
  2. Stir together in a sauce pan on low heat until everything melts and blends together.
  3. Spoon out contents into a 24 unit silicone tray and grind fresh sea salt over top to taste.
  4. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
  5. Keep chilled to retain snappy texture.
  6. If you don’t have a silicone tray you can alternatively pour contents onto a plate, chill in the freezer until solid, and scrape off the peanut butter bark.

Why I Love These Keto Kups

What I love most about these Keto Kups is their simplicity. With healthy fats from coconut oil and nut butter, they’re easy to make, easy to store, and surprisingly satisfying. Whether enjoyed as an afternoon snack or a quick energy boost before an adventure, they offer a delicious reminder that wholesome ingredients can be both nourishing and indulgent.

A Little Sweetness Goes a Long Way

Good food doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes the simplest recipes become the ones we return to again and again. These Keto Kups are a reminder that nourishing yourself can be both easy and delicious.

  • Oh my! I just made these. Didn’t have flavored Stevia in my cupboard, so I used the cacao powder, a bit of chili powder and a touch of cinnamon for flavor. I am SO in trouble, but I love that I can ditch my peanut butter cup habit for this! So stupidly easy, too. <3 Thank you!

  • These Keto Cups are amazing. I did not have the flavored stevia on hand, and just added a few drops of plain stevia. I am hooked on the texture of the frozen ones, and the flavor is delish!
