This cozy Detox Retox soup recipe was born during one of my travel experiences — what I lovingly call “glamp cooking.” While staying in a hotel during dance training, I wanted a simple way to nourish my body with warm, healing foods without constantly eating out.

Using a crockpot, wholesome vegetables, mineral-rich broth, greens, garlic, basil, and miso paste, this easy wellness soup became the perfect companion for long days of movement and creativity.

  • Sweet yellow onions
  • Greens (spinach, kale, chard, or power greens blend)

  1. Pour broth into a Crockpot.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and greens.
  3. Stir in garlic, basil, and a generous spoonful of miso paste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours.
